AI speed and precision. Governed. On the record.
Ava removes client identity from a financial document so the work can be done in the best AI available. It puts the names back in the finished work, and keeps a record of every use.
The client’s file, as it arrived
Every credit file holds two different things.
Today’s AI can do hours of credit analysis in minutes. A firm handling client files has to be careful what it puts on someone else’s platform. Ava does two jobs: it separates what the AI needs from what it doesn’t, and it records every use.
What identifies the client
Removed before the AI sees the file. Restored when it comes back.
What makes the deal analyzable
Left exactly as written. Never touched.
One boundary, crossed twice.
Ava has no chat. It’s the gateway. The identity key (the app calls it the token map) is the only file holding real names, and it never crosses.
Every page is read on your Mac, scanned pages included, by Apple Vision. No document leaves the Mac to be read. Only de-identified text ever reaches the AI model, and only when you send it.
The same document, before and after.
Every dollar figure, rate, ratio and date is left exactly as it was. The numbers make the analysis possible. They aren’t what identifies the client.

Every use of AI, on the record.
The second job. As Ava works, it writes down what happened. You add what only you can know. This is the actual record from the demo deal.

Who used them, on which file, and when?

Written as the work happens
The AVA lines come from Ava’s own access record. Nothing to fill in after the fact.
It keeps its misses
The failed restore stays on the record, next to the clean one that followed.
Review can’t be skipped
Pillar 04 opens only when 01 to 03 are done, and reopens if the work changes.
No names on the page
Ava checks the record against the identity key and won’t print a name or value from the deal.
Use AI in your trade? Record it.
OSFI’s Guideline E-23 makes federally regulated banks and lenders govern every model they rely on, AI included. Under Guideline B-10 they answer for their third parties too. The questions travel down the channel, to the brokers, accountants, lawyers and CFOs who send them files.
E-23 published
AI is a model banks must govern.
Ava 1.369 live
The record kept on every file.
E-23 in force
Institutions start asking their channel.
Governed AI
Expectations widen, quarter by quarter.
Which AI touched this file?
Ava logs its own tools; you name the model, the account and its risk rating. Pillar 01.
Was the client’s identity kept out?
Every replacement counted; the identity key never left the Mac. Pillars 02 and 03.
Did a person sign off?
Review is gated and timestamped before the work goes out. Pillar 04.
The model is rented. The record is yours. Switch from Claude to ChatGPT to Gemini, and the record carries across all of them.
Inside Ava, stated plainly.
Model inventory
spaCy en_core_web_lg for detection and Apple Vision for scanned pages, both on the Mac. No generative model, no credit decision.
Stated limits
Ava removes direct identifiers. It does not make a deal unrecognizable to someone who already knows it.
Where Ava stands.
Ava 1.369 has been live since 1 November 2026. Our first client is Torcal Credit Inc. Development partners join in January 2027, and advance sales begin in Q2 2027. On 1 July 2027, Generation 1 goes to public release and Generation 2, for teams of up to five, goes live. Generation 3, the firm’s own model, follows on 1 July 2028.
Ava doesn’t compete with the AI. It clears the way for professionals to use it, and keeps the record.
A click-through of the application as it runs locally. No engine and no model run in that page.
